Test requirement:
Alternative: Photo of nameplate
Target of test:
a) Setting according to original specification or customer request
b) Efficiency check
c) Leakage check (external by visual inspection))
d) Documentation of Setting – Preparation of test protocol
Implementation of component test Requirement on test bench
a) Review test system (Hoses, fittings, mounting , coupler…)
b) Observation of oil temperature and cleanliness
c) Installation test object (regard to specified position)
d) Installation of required test control, pipes and wires….
e) Charge (oil) and bleeding of test object
f) Run-up of test object under observation of pressure, noise etc.
Setting process:
a) Setting only in unloaded condition -> personal safety !!!!!
b) Use personal protective equipment (PPE)
c) Use of technical safety devices of test bench.
